Our challenge was framing an original print from the photographer Sharokh Hatami of the first color photos he took of The Beatles backstage at the Cavern Club in Liverpool. The subtle colors of the matting really puts the focus on the image and of course Museum glass does the rest! Thanks to our Evanston customer who collects early Rock and Roll images!!!!

Our client wanted to hang his Louis Sullivan plaster panel from the Garrick Theater along side his original Robert Guinan print just above a mid-century black lacquer table in the entrance way to his condo.
The problem? The Sullivan piece looked best without glass and the Guinan piece required glazing for preservation.
The solution? Museum glass on the Guinan. Museum glass has superb non-glare qualities as well as maximum preservation aspects and was the perfect solution.
The black lacquer frame on the Sullivan mimics the black lacquer table and the frame on the Guinan helps call attention to the historic aspects of the art. More and more of our clients are using Museum glass to frame that special piece.
Why not stop in and take our Museum glass test? See if you can tell whether our sample has Museum glass or no glass.
